Die Herausforderung war, Menschen mit v\u00f6llig unterschiedlichen Lebenssituationen f\u00fcr dasselbe Angebot zu begeistern &#8211; und das auf Kan\u00e4len, auf denen klassische Recruiting-Kommunikation nicht funktioniert.<\/p>\n<p>Unser Ansatz: Kein Stelleninserat, sondern Storytelling. Drei Alltagsgeschichten &#8211; eine Studentin, ein Vater, eine Pensionistin &#8211; alle auf der Suche nach mehr Flexibilit\u00e4t, Sinn oder Abwechslung. Verbunden durch eine gemeinsame Leidenschaft: Das Kochen. Der Reveal: Thermomix-Berater zu werden ist f\u00fcr alle drei der Perfect Match.<\/p>\n<h3>TM6 \/ TM7 Launch<\/h3>\n<p>Unsere <strong>Performance-Kampagnen<\/strong> begleiteten den Launch der neuen Thermomix Generation. Sie \u00fcbertrafen das angestrebte Ad-Memory-Ziel um 12\u202f% bei insgesamt <strong>37.500<\/strong> erreichten Personen innerhalb des Kampagnenzeitraums.<\/p>\n<h3>Recruiting-Kampagne \u201cTM4U\u201d<\/h3>\n<p>Die Kampagne generierte <strong>2.200 Bewerbungen<\/strong> \u2013 eine <strong>Steigerung von 36\u202f%<\/strong> im Vergleich zum Vorjahr \u2013 mit einem durchschnittlichen Cost-per-Lead von \u20ac8,20.
